4. Cancellations
To cancel recurring maintenance services, clients must provide a minimum of 30 days notice prior to cancellation.
Cancellation requests submitted after the start of a billing or service month will remain active through the remainder of that month, and scheduled services during that period will continue to be performed and bill accordingly.
For example, if a cancellation request is submitted on May 7, services and billing will continue through May 31, with cancellation becoming effective on June 1.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
